Brick Ranch Re-Roof

September 2026 · 10 photos

Tear-off over Titanium underlayment, new gray architectural shingles, ridge vent.

This was a full re-roof on a one-story brick ranch. We tore the old roof down to the deck and opened the ridge so the house could vent once the new roof was on. A roll-off sat in the front yard to take the old shingles as they came off.

Next we covered the deck with Titanium underlayment and started the new gray architectural shingles at the eaves, working up both slopes. The shingles were cut in around the brick chimney, and a ridge vent was capped along the full length of the ridge.

The finished shots from the yard show the new gray roof across the whole house, from the front porch side to the garage end.
